Equativ is seeking a TechOps Engineer to accelerate LATAM regional growth. You will work with supply and demand clients and cross-functional teams to design, capture, activate, and analyze programmatic solutions that optimize revenue and performance.

The role requires strong Ad Tech knowledge and hands-on technical skills, including API-driven integrations and tooling. You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Sales to ensure customer success and scale operations across LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Technology or a related field.
• 4+ years in a technical role, preferably Ad Tech.
• Experience with JSON, JS, ORTB, and APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with IAB standards/openRTB and ad servers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support LATAM regional growth by consulting with clients and internal teams.
• Design, capture, activation, surfacing and analysis of solutions to grow revenues in programmatic.
• Act as a trusted advisor to businesses and partners.
• Provide pre/post-sales technical assistance and become a Subject-Matter Expert.
