Job summary

Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) seeks a Technologist, Quality Assurance EWIS to certify final products and prepare delivery docs, coordinating with global teams. The role requires a bachelor’s in Aeronautics/Industrial Engineering, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and advanced English.

Proficiency with BMS, QMS, SAP, Catia V5/AutoCAD, Excel, and Office 365 is expected. You will review drawings, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support KC/FAI requirements while maintaining conformity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial or Administrative Industrial Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced technical and business English proficiency; English required for daily global interactions.

Responsibilities

• Certify product in the final stage and create delivery documentation.
• Review preliminary Engineering requirements prior to investigations and close Non-Conformity reports.
• Review product according to Engineering requirements and record information to support KC/FAI requirements.
• Review product structure according to drawing requirements and process planning.
• Review information with Engineering requirements to ensure conformity with the Quality Management System.

What are your contributions to the team?

Product Process Delivery

• Certify product in the final stage and create delivery documentation.

Non‑Conformity Reports

• Review preliminary Engineering requirements prior to investigations.
• Create and close Non‑Conformity reports.

First Article Reports

• Review product according to Engineering requirements.
• Record the appropriate information to support KC (Key characteristics)/ FAI (First Article Inspection) requirements.

Inspection and Verification

• Review product structure according to drawing requirements and process planning.

Conformity Process

• Review the information structure with Engineering requirements according to the drawing.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Certify the product once conformity has been processed.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You have bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial or Administrative Industrial Engineering.
• You have experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacture environment.
• You have an advanced technical and business English proficiency level. English is required for daily interactions with global teams. This is a mandatory and non-negotiable qualification.
• You have experience with BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal and industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.)
• You have knowledge of certifications of Catia V5 (or related such as Autocad), SAP, 3DVIA, Advanced Excel, Office 365
• You have configuration and review of Technical Drawings
• You have SAP management
