Boston Scientific is seeking a PI Technician in Monterrey, Mexico to provide technical support during peripheral interventions and product demonstrations. The role involves assisting physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling, troubleshooting, and coordinating logistics for procedure support.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in endoscopy, operating room support, medical devices, or healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments.
  • Problem-solving attitude and high sense of urgency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
  • English proficiency preferred.
  • Availability to travel locally when required.
  • Required flexibility, agility and sometimes OFF-SCHEDULE availability (weekends).

Responsabilidades

  • Provide technical and procedural support during peripheral interventions cases and product demonstrations.
  • Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and procedure support.
  • Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
  • Support sales representatives and clinical specialists in account development activities.
  • Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
  • Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
