Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a motivated Urology Technician to support our commercial and clinical activities in Urology across Monterrey and surrounding regions. You will assist in procedure support, training physicians and hospital staff, and ensuring smooth inventory and logistics for procedures.

• English proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and procedural support during Urology cases and product demonstrations.
• Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and procedure support.
• Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
• Support Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists in account development activities.
• Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
• Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
