Jobtailor is seeking a maintenance professional in Veracruz to perform preventive maintenance, assist technicians, and ensure quality work orders. You will learn and develop skills for more complex tasks while ensuring process flow and customer satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of diesel/gasoline mechanics, Scania products, and related standards, with 0–25% travel. A high school or technical degree and 1 year of similar experience are expected.

• Completed high school, preparatory, or technical degree.
• One year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
• Knowledge of Scania products and services.
• Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, and SHE standards.
• Required travel of 0–25%

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks while learning the profession and developing skills for more complex maintenance and repairs.
• Support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Ensure correct stamping of work performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating completed work.
• Implement improvement proposals.
• Check availability of tools and parts and retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check maintenance information availability.
• Apply work methods.
• Perform visual vehicle inspections.
• Manage deviations.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start and finalize work orders.
• Prepare vehicles or components.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Communicate completed assignments and deviations to the workshop manager.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans
