Scania México is seeking a Technician Maintenance Diesel for the Aguascalientes workshop. You will support daily vehicle maintenance and repairs while learning and developing skills under safety standards.

The role requires basic experience in diesel/gasoline mechanics, knowledge of Scania products, and the ability to follow work orders, document outcomes, and communicate deviations and improvements.

Formación

• High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
• Experience in diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
• Knowledge of Scania products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Ensure correct stamping of the work performed.
• Confirm workflow by communicating completed tasks.
• Check tool and part availability from warehouse.
• Review maintenance information and work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.

Job Description

Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.

TASKS

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Finalize stamping.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Finalize work order.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Communicate deviations.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.

EDUCATION

High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.

JOB PROFILE

• One year in a similar position.

• Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.
