Scania in Monterrey, MX is seeking to support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair. You will ensure correct stamping of work, maintain process flow, and implement improvement proposals as part of daily shop operations.

The role involves coordinating with the workshop team to ensure work is finished and deviations are communicated for continual improvement.

Responsabilités

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Finalize stamping.
• Clean the work area and return used tools. Finalize work order.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Communicate deviations.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.
