Scania Nederland B.V. is seeking a technician in training to support workshop technicians with vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will learn to apply methods and safety standards while contributing to accurate stamping and timely communication of completed work.

As you gain experience, you will work toward implementing improvement proposals and gaining broader responsibility within the service team at our workshop in Aguascalientes. Training is provided to develop practical skills.

Formación

• High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
• One year in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Scania products and services.
• Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
• Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
• Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals

TASKS

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.

EDUCATION

• High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
