Safran S.A. seeks a Technical Support Engineer in Querétaro, Mexico to analyze and interpret technical information, apply GD&T interpretation, and support MRO repairs and production processes.

You will work with quality tools such as PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA, and use troubleshooting methods like 8D and RPO. The role requires knowledge of manufacturing and aerospace-related processes, plus experience in continuous improvement and engine performance concepts.

Formación

• Analyze and interpret technical information from OEM manuals and customer specs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and special processes.
• Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T).
• MRO repairs and production support experience.
• Quality management tools: PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.
• Troubleshooting methods: 8D, 5Whys, RPO, etc.

Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems, manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the technical support engineer has the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and interpretation of technical information
• Manufacturing and special processes knowledge
• Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T)
• MRO repairs & production support experience
• Quality management system and tools (PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA)
