LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Technical Consultant to provide integration and consulting services for clients across LATAM, including Mexico and Colombia. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes with a strong customer focus.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Strong consultative skills, including active listening and collaboration
• Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools
• Previous consulting experience and fluent English
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL), SOAP/JSON web services and XML
• Familiarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and 3rd-level XML support
• Contribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide technical consulting and integration expertise to support clients implementing LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.
