LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Project-Program Management Technical Solutions Consultant to provide technical consulting and integration expertise for client implementations across industries. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes while ensuring a strong customer experience.

The role collaborates with Sales and internal teams, supports installations, and communicates complex concepts to varied audiences.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong consultative skills with active listening and collaboration.
• Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts.
• Previous consulting experience and fluent English.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Windows and Linux.
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL), SOAP/JSON web services and XML.
• Familiarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and 3rd-level XML support.
• Contribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide technical consulting and integration expertise to support clients implementing LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. You will work closely with clients, Sales, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes while ensuring a strong customer experience.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Strong consultative skills, including active listening and collaboration

Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools

Previous consulting experience and fluent English

Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/Postgree), SOAP/JSON web services and XML

Familiarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies
