Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sales Sr. Representative in Monterrey to provide technical support on low and medium voltage products, assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and training for field engineers and customers.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the region. You will promote Bussmann electrical protection solutions, work with internal teams to develop proposals, and ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering or a similar engineering degree.
• Previous experience in sales, good communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Experience in electrical specification or engineering design is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on Eaton-Bussmann’s LV/MV products to internal and external customers.
• Develop proposals and assess customer needs to recommend products and customized solutions.
• Provide training to Field Application Engineers, District Sales Engineers, and Customer Service Representatives.
• Promote electrical circuit protection products and solutions to existing customers and identify new potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with external customers and key distributors.
• Support SalesForce CRM data entry and project tracking.
