CTC in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source and place top professionals for Enterprise Applications and Data Platforms.

You will partner with hiring managers across technology and business domains, leverage advanced sourcing techniques, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish to attract diverse talent.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong technology recruiting background.
• Advanced sourcing skills and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Experience identifying hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English + Spanish).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit technology experts in enterprise applications (Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
• Source and place specialists in data platforms, engineering and architecture.
• Staff software developers and ERP functional consultants.
• Fill business-focused roles such as analysts, project managers, and consulting talent.

• Software developers and ERP functional consultants
• Business-focused roles such as analysts, project managers, and consulting talent
• Additional IT and Non-IT profiles aligned with client needs across industries
