HCLTech in Mexico City is seeking a technical coordinator to support deployments, testing, and integrations across programs. You will ensure access, configurations, and permissions in program tools, and help define clear technical criteria for user stories.

Collaborate with developers to remove blockers, prepare technical work for PI Planning and releases, and document configurations, deployment workflows, and operational guidelines.

• Prepare technical aspects for PI Planning, increments, and releases.

• Validate deliverables meet security and performance standards.
• Coordinate with infra, security, or platform teams to enable environments.
• Provide technical support during deployments, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Identify technical risks and propose preventive actions.
• Basic knowledge of Jira tool.
