The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager to lead delivery across the full product lifecycle for a Digital App initiative, aligning Product, Engineering, Experience Design, Quality, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and other partner teams around clear outcomes. This is a fast-paced, matrixed environment where you'll provide lean governance across value streams and pods, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, strengthen release readiness, and create transparent, decision-ready reporting for leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile and program delivery expertise with practical, responsible experience using AI tools to improve planning, backlog quality, delivery insights, reporting, and continuous improvement, while keeping human judgment, data protection, and governance at the center of the work.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution for Digital App initiatives across discovery, design, build, test, release, and post-launch stabilization
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate roadmap priorities and customer needs into executable plans, healthy backlogs, milestones, and release commitments
• Coordinate execution across pods and external teams, actively managing cross-team dependencies, blockers, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions
• Drive release readiness by aligning scope, environments, quality signals, security requirements, operational readiness, communications, and decision follow-through
• Facilitate value-stream planning, delivery reviews, dependency and risk discussions, retrospectives, and other working sessions that improve alignment and outcomes
• Create concise, decision-ready status reporting using trusted source data, and elevate material risks early with clear impact, options, owners, and recommended actions
• Maintain delivery artifacts and work tracking in Jira and Confluence, including consistent hierarchy, workflow, milestones, dependencies, and outcome alignment
• Coach teams and leaders on right-fit Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery practices without adding unnecessary process or ceremony
• Build an environment of trust, transparency, accountability, experimentation, and constructive problem solving
• Partner with finance and leadership, as applicable, to support estimates, forecasts, resource planning, and budget visibility for assigned initiatives
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to improve delivery activities such as backlog analysis, acceptance-criteria quality, planning preparation, dependency and risk identification, meeting synthesis, knowledge retrieval, and status reporting
• Identify high-value opportunities to automate repetitive delivery work while preserving human review, accountability, and appropriate decision rights
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, confidentiality, and traceability before they are used in delivery decisions or stakeholder communications
• Promote responsible adoption of AI across the product delivery lifecycle in alignment with company security, privacy, data-handling, and governance requirements
• Measure practical benefits of AI-enabled delivery practices, such as reduced administrative effort, faster insight generation, improved artifact quality, earlier risk detection, or better decision support
• Coach delivery partners on effective prompting, contextual grounding, validation, and safe use of AI tools in day-to-day product delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product delivery, program management, Agile delivery, or a related field, including at least 4 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience delivering consumer-facing mobile applications or digital app capabilities across iOS and/or Android ecosystems
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple Agile teams or pods in a matrixed product and engineering environment
• Practical experience using AI assistants, copilots, or AI-enabled delivery tools within the product delivery lifecycle, with examples of measurable workflow or decision-support improvements
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including work hierarchy, workflows, dashboards, roadmaps, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, scaled delivery, backlog management, estimation, metrics, release planning, and continuous improvement
• Experience managing RAIDs, cross-team dependencies, executive escalations, and complex release or milestone plans
• Excellent facilitation, written communication, executive reporting, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate across time zones and organizational boundaries
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Agile certification such as CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Project or program management certification such as PMP or PgMP
• Experience with App Store and Google Play release processes, feature flags, phased rollouts, mobile analytics, crash monitoring, and production support
• Experience with AI-enabled capabilities in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or comparable enterprise tools
• Experience supporting portfolio governance, financial forecasting, vendor coordination, or contract delivery teams
• Experience in travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or another high-volume consumer digital environment
