Infosys in Mexico City is seeking a Service Management professional for the Wholesale Power Platform. You will coordinate with global teams in China and India, manage incidents, report outages to management, and ensure outages are resolved quickly.

The role requires DevOps experience, Agile teamwork, strong English communication, and excellent time management. You will work with pods for releases, collaborate with site reliability engineering, and adapt to US time zones in a hybrid setup with

• 3 years or more experience in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support.
• Experience in a DevOps focused environment and Agile team
• Good multitasking and cooperation skills
• Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
• Open-minded, reliable and independent.

Responsabilidades

• Take care service management for Wholesale Power Platform, coordinating with teams in China and India.

• Work with Pods teams for production releases and handle incidents in Prod environment.
• Cooperate with site reliability engineering/global support to support all Power Platform applications.
• Work with vendor to ensure issues are followed up.
• Mainly support US market with flexible hours to match US time zones.
• Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.
• Be willing to try new technologies and quickly produce proof of concept.

Qualifications Requirements

• 3 years or above experience in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support, better have customer facing support experience.
• Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team
• Good multiple task handling and cooperation skills
• Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and documentation skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
• Open-minded, reliable and independent

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Microsoft PowerApp/ PowerPlatform or relevant Low Code/ No Code experience
• Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies / applications required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training
• Continuously provide valued addition to projects
