The role requires influencing across business, operations, users, tech, and leadership, deciding which problems to solve, which tools to adopt, and which components to build in-house for competitive advantage.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing at least two complete end-to-end systems, including database design, backend logic, API development, and frontend implementation.
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Node.js) and frontend development using React.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of the company’s technological and operational ecosystem, mapping critical processes related to travel design, sales, operations, supplier management, and international expansion.
• Identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency improvements, transforming business needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable solutions.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on scalability, operational efficiency, service quality, and business value.
• Validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and ensure each initiative has clear objectives and success metrics.
• Proven experience designing and implementing at least two complete end-to-end systems, including database design, backend logic, API development, and frontend implementation.
• Experience deploying applications and managing cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
