Mold-Masters DME Latin America S de RL de CV is seeking a customer service professional to support inquiries related to hot runner systems, spare parts, and service. The role emphasizes accurate quotations, order processing, and cross-functional coordination in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will work with ERP/CRM systems, maintain detailed records, and communicate in English and Spanish to ensure timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or order management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience preparing quotations and processing orders within standard workflows.
• Ability to use ERP/CRM and MS Office daily for routine work.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, for customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries for hot runner systems, spare parts, repairs, and service with accurate information.
• Prepare quotations for parts, repairs, and service requests with complete documentation.
• Process customer orders and service transactions in ERP/CRM with accuracy.
• Coordinate customer requirements with sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and service teams.
• Support parts identification and replacement guidance to improve order accuracy.
• Monitor open orders and service requests, providing proactive updates.
• Document interactions and warranty details in required systems and escalate complex issues.
