Job summary

Mold-Masters, a Hillenbrand company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Hot Runner & Parts Specialist in Querétaro, Mexico. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders in ERP/CRM, and coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma or degree and at least two years in customer service or order management within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or higher and relevant experience.
2+ years in customer service, inside sales support, or order management in manufacturing or related environments.
Experience preparing quotations and processing orders in structured workflows.
Ability to use ERP, CRM, and MS Office to complete daily tasks.
Bilingual Spanish and English for customer interactions and coordination.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries for hot runner systems, spare parts, repairs, and service with accurate information.
Prepare quotations by identifying items, pricing, and lead times with complete documentation.
Process orders and service transactions in ERP/CRM to ensure fulfillment, invoicing, and visibility.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and service teams with technical details and timing.
Support parts identification and replacement guidance using product information and internal knowledge.
Monitor open orders and service requests, providing proactive updates to customers.
Document interactions and warranty details, escalating complex issues per channels.
