Job summary

DEUNA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical contact for merchants after go-live. You will monitor merchant health, handle incidents, and guide technical evolutions to ensure uptime and satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Account Management, build health dashboards, and communicate clearly with merchants. Fluency in Spanish and English and LatAm experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in TAM, merchant support, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of payment ecosystems and incident management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience with LatAm merchants is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor merchant technical health and performance.
• Be the main technical contact after go-live for merchant questions.
• Triage and manage technical incidents and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance and costs.
• Build and deliver Merchant Health Reports and maintain documentation.
