Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Technology Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team in Mexico. The role focuses on technology hardware, software and services procurement, plus maintenance of procurement data standards.

You will manage purchase orders, quotes, and cost coding while ensuring accurate data and timely communications. You will contribute to process improvements, expand competencies, and support business continuity.

Formación

• 0-3+ years of technology procurement experience.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a team-centric environment.
• Must be an excellent communicator, both orally and written.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to understand complex processes and see macro-level relationships.
• Must be accurate and able to self-audit in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with initiative and flexibility.
• Suggest and implement process improvements where applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge in Ariba, SAP, SharePoint, Procure 2 Pay, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Complete purchase orders and monitor open orders with tracking details.
• Obtain quotes for equipment and services when applicable.
• Capture purchase information accurately in procurement systems.
• Code purchases to correct cost centers and accounts.
• Expand procurement competencies in secondary categories or functions.
• Maintain accurate vendor data and update payment terms and contacts.
• Ensure procurement data adheres to standards and revise as needed.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement processes.
