Capgemini Engineering, líder global en servicios de ingeniería, busca un Tech Lead .NET en Aguascalientes para liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones back-end con .NET y Azure, definiendo estándares de arquitectura, seguridad y calidad.

Promoverás prácticas de ingeniería, realizarás revisiones de código, mentorizarás al equipo y guiarás decisiones técnicas para escalabilidad, rendimiento y resiliencia, en proyectos para clientes globales de Capgemini.

Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en backend con .NET.
• 3+ años diseñando soluciones en Microsoft Azure.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y proyectos a escala empresarial.
• Sólidos antecedentes en sistemas distribuidos, microservicios y arquitectura cloud-native.
• Conocimientos de Docker y Kubernetes.
• Experiencia integrando servicios back-end con aplicaciones React.
• Conocimiento de TypeScript y ecosistema frontend moderno.
• Trabajo en entornos Agile/Scrum.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones back-end con .NET y Azure.
• Definir estándares de arquitectura, desarrollo, seguridad y calidad de código.
• Realizar revisiones de código y mentoría técnica.
• Guiar decisiones técnicas enfocadas en escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y rendimiento.
• Promover prácticas de ingeniería e mejora continua.
• Gestionar riesgos técnicos y resolver problemas complejos.
