Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior Technical Operations Lead to manage data-ingest infrastructure across multiple sites in Aguascalientes. You will coordinate local Data Platform and Ingest roles, ensure reliable ingest execution, monitor throughput and availability, and report to program leadership.

The ideal candidate has a background in Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, and hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Python, TypeScript, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, and ETL pipelines.

Where no two days are the same.## Your roleWe are looking a senior technical operations lead who understands data-ingest infrastructure and can coordinate multiple sites without losing operational detail. The candidate must be comfortable driving follow-up, resolving dependencies, and reporting directly to program leadership.* Coordinate the local Data Platform and Ingest roles across all locations and provide central operational governance. Ensure reliable ingest execution, sufficient Quick Tray availability, timely tray circulation, transparent issue resolution, and direct reporting to program leadership.* Act as the central coordination point for all site-level Data Platform and Ingest resources.* Track ingest status, throughput, backlog, platform availability, and operational readiness across locations.* Monitor Quick Tray inventory, availability, allocation, and circulation across the fleet and ingest sites.* Ensure vehicles receive new or cleared Quick Trays on time to avoid data-collection downtime.* Coordinate local teams, engineering, logistics, and suppliers when ingest or infrastructure issues occur.* Drive timely root-cause analysis, recovery actions, and cross-site knowledge sharing.* Standardize operational routines, status reporting, escalation paths, and handovers.* Identify capacity constraints and operational risks early and escalate them with solution proposals.* Provide consolidated status, problems, actions, and decisions directly to program leadership.## Your profile* Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable technical qualification* Automotive data-acquisition environments* ADAS and sensor-data quality checks* AWS, Azure, or GCP* Python and TypeScript* Docker and CI/CD* Terraform or AWS CDK* ETL and ingest pipelines* DynamoDB or comparable NoSQL technologies* Network configuration and on-premise ingest stations* Security, encryption, monitoring, and observability## What You ́ll Love* Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.* Exposure to top global companies working with Capgemini (145 of the Fortune 500 companies).* Thrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.## About CapgeminiCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
