Genpact Ltd. seeks a Tech Lead for Application Development JAVA N to own API contracts, data schemas, and integration design. Lead contract‑first development across platform services and MES/OT data alignment.

Strong REST, JSON/YAML skills and ISA‑95 exposure are expected as part of delivering scalable AI‑assisted solutions. Hybrid work in Mexico, with cross‑functional collaboration across backend, AI, and digital twin teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level engineering or information technology degrees required.
• Masters in Software Engineering strongly preferred.
• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification mentioned in the ad.

Responsabilidades

• Own and design API contracts, data schemas, and configuration models aligned with ISA‑95 canonical semantic architecture
• Lead implementation of contract‑first development across platform services and integrations
• Integrate MES, Historian, LIMS data into standardized asset and batch models
• Build and maintain semantic data layer connecting OT systems to cloud platform
• Define and enforce data modeling standards and reusable patterns
• Collaborate with backend, AI, and digital twin teams for model alignment
• Ensure data consistency, traceability, and interoperability across systems
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs, JSON/YAML schemas, and data modeling frameworks
• Exposure to industrial data models (ISA‑95, OPC‑UA, SiteWise) preferred
