Job summary

Based in Mexico and eligible for remote work, you will help advance Genpact's AI gigafactory initiatives and contribute to enterprise-scale data strategies across multiple clients and industries.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics; Masters in Data Science preferred.
• Professional certifications in data management or cloud data platforms are advantageous.
• Experience with large-scale data engineering projects and scalable pipelines.

• Lead a team of data engineers in developing and implementing Big Data solutions.
• Design and build scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
