Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA, Tax Certification or Master’s in Taxation (preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a multinational company or Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all federal, state, and municipal taxes (IVA, ISR, IEPS, etc.).
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns, reconciliations, and other regulatory filings.
• Oversee compliance with transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements.
• Prepare tax provisions for financial statements following IFRS/Mexican GAAP.
• Lead tax audits and coordinate with SAT and local tax authorities.
