Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is seeking a talented Program Manager focused on Tax Compliance projects affecting Seller experience. You will own initiatives to ensure tax requirements are met while reducing seller friction across seller-facing platforms.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with making the seller experience seamless, highly organized, data-driven, and capable of communicating results to inform future business decisions and feature development.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.
• Partner with technical and business teams to launch and automate new processes derived from Tax Compliance requirements.
• Drive system improvements within seller facing platforms.
• Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use data to drive future strategies.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience.
