Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is seeking a talented Program Manager focused on Tax Compliance projects affecting Seller experience. You will own initiatives to ensure tax requirements are met while reducing seller friction across seller-facing platforms.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with making the seller experience seamless, highly organized, data-driven, and capable of communicating results to inform future business decisions and feature development.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).

Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is looking for a talented Program Manager focusing on Tax Compliance projects impacting Seller experience.

This role will own both identifying and working with Amazon partner teams to comply with Tax requirements and improve the seller experience by reducing friction in selling on Amazon.

An ideal candidate is someone who will be obsessed with making the seller experience seamless. The individual will be highly organized, data driven and results focused. They will also have a passion for inventing and scaling a successful program, from identifying the focus areas to communicating the results and using the data to inform future business decisions and feature development.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.

• Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.

A day in the life

• Support development, testing and launch of new tax compliance products and projects in Latin America.


• Define and execute Seller communication strategy and content to address Tax Compliance requirements.


• Define and execute internal communication strategy for Account Management teams.


• Track progress on key metrics during and after implementation such as payment success rate, invoice success rate and sellers support & experience metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience


• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience


• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience


• Bachelor's degree


• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL


• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements


• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience


• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience


• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization


• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
