Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is seeking a talented Program Manager focused on Tax Compliance projects impacting Seller experience. You will lead cross-functional efforts with tech and business teams to ensure tax compliance and reduce seller friction across Latin America.

You will own moving from identifying focus areas to implementing scalable processes, measuring impact with data, and communicating results to guide feature development and business decisions.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.
• Partner with technical and business teams to launch and automate new processes derived from Tax Compliance requirements.
• Drive system improvements within seller facing platforms.
• Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use the data to drive future strategies.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
