Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is seeking a Program Manager focused on Tax Compliance projects that impact seller experience. Plan and coordinate initiatives to meet tax requirements while reducing friction for sellers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale a program from inception to measurable outcomes across Latin America.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.
• Partner with technical and business teams to launch and automate new processes derived from Tax Compliance requirements.
• Drive system improvements within seller facing platforms.
• Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use the data to drive future strategies.
• Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
