Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Assist customers with tax-related questions and payroll issues.
• Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email, and phone support.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
