Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent management, or project management role.
• Intermediate advanced English required.
• Change management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deployment of talent programs for plant employees.
• Monitor program impacts and suggest improvements.
• Manage talent deployment budget for the region.
