faurecia S.A. is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist for a 12-month VIE program located in Puebla, Mexico. This position focuses on supporting HR processes, enhancing career development, and fostering organizational changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in relevant fields and be fluent in English. We emphasize talent development within an energetic international team, offering significant opportunities for growth and innovation in the automotive sector.

Formación

• Master’s Degree diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• First experience in Human Resources, preferably in learning & development or training/competencies management.
• Fluent in English, desirable Spanish.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Results-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• International mindset, proactive attitude, willingness to learn and face challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Support career evolution processes and follow up on performance.
• Foster organizational strategic changes according to business needs.
• Coordinate the emerging talents community and manage recruitment.
• Perform frequent data analysis and provide reporting of key indicators.
