BRP in Mexico is seeking an HR trainee to support early-stage recruitment activities and onboarding. You will act as the first point of contact with candidates, manage documentation, schedule and follow-up, and help promote our employer brand locally.

You will engage with schools, coordinate trainee initiatives, and assist with interviews, exams, and filing. Fluency in Spanish and advanced English are required as the role focuses on a bilingual candidate pool.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, Administration, Accounting or similar
• At least 12 months to graduate.

• First contact with candidates (prescreening)
• Documentation and e-file management
• Process Follow up
• Onboarding
• Reach out to schools and creation of agreements
• Job Fairs
• Responsible of Critical Positions’ Candidates pool project
• Posting critical positions in job boards, in order to filter and recruit trainee candidates.
• Creation of Trainee Surveys
• Trainee Meetings
• Support with contacting candidates, documents reception and registration in the system.
• Support with administrative tasks such as managing employee files, scheduling interviews and medical exams.
