Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems and energy efficiency, is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, shape sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will own requisitions, build pipelines, conduct competency-based screenings, coordinate interviews, and drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing and hiring across functions in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles.
• Refine job descriptions and hiring plans.
• Coordinate competency-based screenings and interview panels.
• Build active talent pipelines via boards, networks, referrals.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday to identify and track talent.
• Engage passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Support offer approvals and smooth recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding and workforce planning.
