Johnson Controls is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to craft role profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will build strong talent pipelines using job boards, networks, referrals, and social recruiting, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to drive hiring decisions and process efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and coordinating interview panels.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms with practical use of Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Create or refine job descriptions and develop hiring plans per requisition.
• Conduct competency-based screening and coordinate interview debriefs.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines via job boards, networks, referrals, and social recruiting.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards on hiring progress to stakeholders.
• Support offer approvals and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
