Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to shape sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will conduct competency-based screening, coordinate panels, and drive offers with professionalism. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration across HR partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting.
• Experience sourcing and hiring across functions in a fast paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms with Workday exposure; proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and sourcing plans.
• Develop and refine job descriptions and hiring plans for requisitions.
• Build talent pipelines via job boards, networks, referrals, and social recruiting.
