Formación

• Proven experience in talent acquisition across Latin America.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), digital tools, and agile HR practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with quality and timeliness.
• Experience in DEI initiatives, digital transformation, or CI in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and internal customer service skills.
• Innovative mindset focusing on employee experience and business partnership.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition across Latin America, preferably in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), digital tools, and agile methodologies applied to HR.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects, digital transformation, or DEI initiatives within recruitment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and internal customer service skills.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on employee experience and business partnership.
