Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume hotel environment at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. You will partner with hotel leadership, develop recruitment processes, and optimize tools such as Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging 5+ years of experience in hospitality recruitment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
• Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
