Collins Aerospace, RTX company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support candidate interviews and hiring events at Mexicali site. You will coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, on-site), manage communications with candidates and interviewers, and help with postings and campus activities.

This role requires strong organization, advanced English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS like Workday.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in admin, coordination, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) with candidates and interviewers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and manage confirmations, rescheduling, and communications.
• Assist with job postings, requisition updates, and campus recruiting activities.
• Coordinate career fairs and participate on campus occasionally.
• Maintain sourcing pipelines and support outreach to amplify employer brand.
• Provide general HR recruitment support and track candidates through hiring process.
• Facilitate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment requirements.
• Advanced English proficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring alllogistics, materials and agendas areaccurateand well-documented.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, and providing clear andtimelycommunication to ensure a positive candidate experience, escort candidates on site through the facility

• Assistwith job postings, requisition updates, escort candidates on site through the facility.

• Career fair coordination and occasional participation on campus

• Helpmaintainsourcing pipelines by tracking candidate flow, supporting outreach efforts, andassistingin amplifying the employer brand through approved communication channels.

• Provide general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, andadditionalrecruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.

• Track candidates through the hiring process andfacilitateprocessing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensuretimelycompletion of HR pre-employment requirements.

• Advanced Englishproficiency.

What You Will Learn:

• Understand the full recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday and similar platforms.

• Review candidate pipelines and ensureaccuratedocumentation.

• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent education, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience(administrative, coordination, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related support role).

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or similar platforms.

• Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, hiring events, or campus recruiting activities.

• Experience coordinating or tracking administrative processes involving multiple steps or stakeholders.
