LVMH Beauty Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to steer recruitment across Corporate, Retail/POS and Distribution Center populations. You will coordinate the TA team, define hiring needs with HR partners, and ensure high-quality, compliant processes that deliver a premium candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, strong sourcing and analytics, and fluency in English and Spanish. Luxury/consumer goods experience is preferred for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across Corporate, Retail and Operations.
• Luxury, Retail, Beauty or Consumer Goods experience preferred.

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading recruitment execution across Corporate, Retail/Point of Sale (POS), and Distribution Center populations for LVMH Beauty Mexico.

This role ensures high-quality hiring outcomes through strong stakeholder partnership, effective sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, recruitment analytics, and team coordination, while delivering a premium candidate experience aligned with LVMH Beauty values.

Job Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Coordinate and lead recruitment priorities across Corporate, Retail/POS and Distribution Center populations.
  • Guide and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure service excellence, collaboration and delivery against recruitment objectives.
  • Prioritize hiring needs according to business impact, urgency and organizational priorities.
• End-to-End Recruitment & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring consistent process execution and service standards.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, selection criteria and recruitment strategies.
  • Support critical and strategic hiring projects as required.
• Sourcing, Pipeline & Workforce Planning
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for recurring, strategic and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, social media, universities, professional networks and external partners.
  • Provide market insights and talent availability input to support workforce planning and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Excellence, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Promote standardized recruitment practices, structured interviewing and competency-based assessments.
  • Track recruitment KPIs, monitor hiring trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, candidate experience and recruitment governance.
• Employer Branding, Candidate Experience & Compliance
  • Ensure a premium and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen LVMH Beauty's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment documentation, pre-employment coordination and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Profile

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Postgraduate studies are a plus. Experience: 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including recruitment for Corporate, Retail and/or Operations populations, coordination of recruitment teams, management of multiple searches in fast-paced environments, and partnership with HR and business leaders. Luxury, Retail, Beauty or Consumer Goods experience is preferred. Technical Skills: Talent Acquisition, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, recruitment analytics, ATS management, recruitment reporting, interview techniques, workforce planning support and employer branding. Leadership Competencies: Business partnership, results orientation, team leadership, continuous improvement, problem solving, collaboration, communication, customer focus and adaptability. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.
