About the Role

The Systems Analyst supports day‑to‑day operational systems by translating business needs into functional system solutions and ensuring applications run reliably and efficiently. This role works closely with Operations and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, coordinate system enhancements, execute testing, and resolve incidents. It plays a key role in maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operational systems and ensure reliable application performance.
• Gather and document functional requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Coordinate system enhancements, configurations, testing (UAT/SIT), and release support.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement or automation opportunities.
• Manage integrations between systems and data flows.
• Coordinate with IT teams, developers, and third‑party vendors.
• Apply change management and production support best practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Work in fast‑paced environments supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of operational processes and how systems support day‑to‑day business activities.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Familiarity with system enhancements, configurations, testing (UAT/SIT), and release support.
