Johnson Controls is seeking a Sustaining Engineer to provide technical leadership on the operations shopfloor and support the full product lifecycle from launch through end-of-life. You will investigate product and manufacturing issues, drive continuous improvement, and implement engineering changes that strengthen quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop validation
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/technical discipline is required.
- Advanced English proficiency for global cross-functional work.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and manufacturing processes.
Responsabilidades
- Lead sustaining engineering activities on the operations shopfloor.
- Investigate product and manufacturing issues with structured root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement changes for quality and reliability.
- Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities.
- Support cross-functional teams with technical leadership on production floor.
