Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management and building systems, seeks a Sr Product Engineer to support development, ensure standards compliance, and drive cost-effective solutions. You will work with global design centers to introduce new products, implement changes, and enhance performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include managing master data and BOMs, updating drawings, and providing production support.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering change control processes, bills of materials, and drawing revisions.

Responsabilidades

• Support product development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with global design centers and cross-functional teams to introduce new products.
• Implement engineering changes and maintain product documentation.
• Manage master data, bills of materials, and engineering drawings.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot design, quality, suppliers, and processes.
• Participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement cost reduction projects to meet plant objectives.
• Evaluate and implement product improvements.
