Schneider Electric is seeking a Continuous Engineer to sustain and maintain the I-Line Power Board offer from a design and technical perspective. You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, industrialization, and product engineering to ensure changes preserve safety, reliability, and manufacturability.

The role requires strong electromechanical design knowledge, problem solving, and the ability to assess broader impacts beyond a single component or site.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Elecromechanics, Mechatronics or similar required.
• Advanced English level required.
• 6 years of experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment (I-Line Power Boards, panelboards or similar).
• Experience supporting manufacturing plants or sustaining engineering activities.
• Familiarity with UL, NEMA, IEC, CSA standards and product documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the existing I-Line Power Board offer from a design perspective.
• Support manufacturing plants with design-related questions, issues and deviations.
• Evaluate impacts of changes on product performance, safety, reliability and manufacturability.
• Review and approve engineering deviations when technically justified.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define robust solutions.
• Review product structures, drawings, specifications and engineering records.
