Schneider Electric seeks a Continuous Engineer — Air Circuit Breakers to sustain and advance electromechanical designs for ACBs, ensuring robustness and manufacturability. You will collaborate with offer management, manufacturing, quality, procurement, testing, and certification teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have advanced CAD skills, English proficiency, and 10+ years in new product development for low‑voltage distribution.

Formación

• Advanced electromechanical design capability and CAD proficiency.
• Capability to apply design-for-manufacturing and tolerance analysis.
• Experience shaping design-to-cost and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve the Air Circuit Breaker offer from a technical standpoint.
• Guide product evolution projects and support manufacturing sites.
• Lead design-to-cost initiatives and collaborate with procurement, quality, and industrialization.
• Drive reliability, safety, and manufacturability improvements across programs.
