MSCI Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in the Sustainability & Climate business, including Carbon Markets, across the Americas. You will identify new opportunities, engage asset managers, banks, and corporates, and articulate MSCI solutions in a client-facing, revenue-driven role.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Service, and Finance to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships, advancing MSCI's market leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or inside sales experience.
• Prospecting, outbound engagement, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• CRM data hygiene and familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business and build pipeline across the Americas.
• Identify and engage prospective clients across key segments.
• Develop relationships and expand MSCI’s presence.
• Qualify opportunities by client needs and map to MSCI solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Service to close deals.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and track key metrics in CRM.
