Donaldson in Mexico seeks an experienced Planning professional to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) weekly, balancing demand, capacity, and materials. You will coordinate planning processes, supervise the Planning Auxiliary team, and ensure alignment with OEM customer deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years in Planning/Production/Supply Chain, strong English, and proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Planning, Production, or Supply Chain.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) weekly, balancing capacity, materials, and demand.
• Consolidate purchase orders and sales forecasts, identify demand variations, and report constraints to Planning Manager.
• Coordinate daily adherence to production schedules and validate material availability with Purchasing before each shift.
• Supervise the Planning Auxiliary team, allocate tasks, and support training and time management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, sales projections, and KPIs including MPS compliance and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain communication with OEM customers to confirm orders and delivery dates, issuing progress reports or logistics alerts as needed.

Ensure the development, management, and execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), maintaining the balance between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability through the coordination of planning processes and supervision of the Planning technical team.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and consolidate purchase orders and sales forecasts from OE customers, identifying demand variations, assessing their impact on installed capacity, and notifying the Planning Manager of any constraints.
• Develop and issue the Master Production Schedule (MPS) on a weekly basis, balancing capacity, materials, and demand, while ensuring the proper configuration of planning parameters in Oracle ERP.
• Coordinate and monitor daily compliance with production schedules, resolving deviations and validating material and critical component availability with Purchasing before each shift.
• Supervise and evaluate the Planning Auxiliary team, ensuring proper task allocation and managing training, incidents, time control, and employee development.
• Prepare and present financial reports, sales projections, and operational indicators, including MPS compliance, inventory days, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain direct communication with OEM customers to confirm orders and delivery dates, and issue progress reports or logistics alerts in case of any risk of non-compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, or Information Systems.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Planning, Production, or Supply Chain-related positions.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
