ARSAN International Consulting Group in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León is seeking a Supply Chain Superintendent to oversee daily operations in procurement, production planning, logistics, shipping, and inventory management. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring efficient material flow and operational continuity while driving improvements in cost and performance.

Qualified applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of KPIs and leadership capabilities.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain operations (procurement, planning, logistics, shipping, materials management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across planning, procurement, logistics, shipping, and inventory to support production schedules.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and materials flow.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate reports.
  • Troubleshoot material shortages, delays, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Assist with supplier performance reviews and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
  • Coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and improvement.

Supply Chain Superintendent
Job Summary

Are you a hands‑on supply chain professional with strong execution skills and leadership in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? As Supply Chain Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities across procurement, production planning, logistics, shipping, and inventory management to ensure efficient material flow and operational continuity. You will lead a team, support strategic initiatives from the Supply Chain Manager, and drive improvements in cost, delivery, and inventory performance.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in supply chain operations (procurement, planning, logistics, shipping, and materials management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations (procurement, MRP, inventory control, shipping, logistics).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for planning and materials tracking.
  • Strong coordination skills between suppliers, production, warehousing, and shipping teams.
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
  • Coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and improvement.
