Jabil is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for TMS Carrier Integration & Analytics to lead end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration within the TMS. You will collaborate with Logistics, IT, and Operations to ensure successful carrier implementations, including rates, configuration, connectivity, testing, and production readiness.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of supply chain or TMS experience.
  • Experience with TMS platforms (preferably e2Open) including carrier setup and master data.
  • Knowledge of carrier connectivity (EDI/XML/APIs) and testing for go-live.
  • Strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Summary

The Supply Chain Project Manager – TMS Carrier Integration & Analytics is responsible for leading end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration activities within the Transportation Management System (TMS), while supporting transportation analytics, reporting, and data-driven continuous improvement.

The Supply Chain Project Manager – TMS Carrier Integration & Analytics is responsible for leading end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration activities within the Transportation Management System (TMS), while supporting transportation analytics, reporting, and data-driven continuous improvement. This role serves as a key liaison between Logistics, carriers, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful carrier implementations, including transportation rates, carrier configuration, EDI connectivity, testing, and production readiness. In addition, the role supports TMS reporting and analytics by developing and maintaining logistics data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions that provide visibility into transportation performance and enable informed business decisions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
TMS Carrier Integration & Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end carrier onboarding activities for TMS implementations, from initial requirements gathering through testing, production readiness, and go-live.
  • Manage carrier setup requirements, including transportation contracts, rates, service levels, carrier configuration, and related master data within the TMS.
  • Coordinate EDI and other carrier connectivity requirements, working with carriers, IT, integration teams, and TMS technical resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate and support integration testing, including test scenario development, issue resolution, validation, and production readiness.
  • Lead recurring carrier onboarding and project meetings, ensuring clear communication of status, priorities, dependencies, risks, and required actions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external carriers, and technology partners to drive successful project delivery.
  • Support carrier and transportation configuration within e2Open TMS, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and established standards.
  • Identify implementation risks and system or process gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Support post-go-live activities, stabilization, and transition to operational support.
TMS Analytics, Reporting & Data Management
  • Develop and maintain logistics databases, reporting solutions, and analytical data models supporting transportation and supply chain operations.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain high-quality operational and transportation data from the TMS and related systems.
  • Support TMS data governance by helping establish data standards, validation processes, and controls to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure transportation performance, carrier performance, cost, service, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and business insights to Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and automation of TMS reporting to reduce manual effort and improve access to actionable information.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives using TMS data and analytics to identify opportunities for improved cost, service, compliance, and operational performance.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, TMS implementation, carrier integration, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with TMS platforms, preferably e2Open, including carrier configuration, rates, routing, tendering, and transportation master data.
  • Working knowledge of carrier connectivity and integration technologies, including EDI, XML, APIs, and related data exchange methods.
  • Experience coordinating testing activities, including integration testing, UAT, issue management, and production readiness.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with supply chain reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and KPI development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external carriers, and technology partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
